This freelance project involves the renovation of a building’s front facade. It used to operate as a laundromat with extensive warehouse storage in the rear. Now, the structure is being transformed under new ownership into modernized retail spaces designed to spark up the commercial zone of downtown McAllen.

The renovation features a striking cantilevered hanging porch supported by tension rods, integrated planters that enhance the facade, and a refined trim design framing the windows and doors, all working in unison to elevate the contemporary vision.
